Hiked another 21 miles today. The weather was cloudy, so a bit dispiriting. Came across a footbridge with a beautiful, cascading waterfall. Had a snack and watched/listened for a while. We are in good shape to make Damascus, one of the ultimate hiker-friendly towns on the AT, tomorrow. Hope to stay in a hostel there. We have our tents set up in a shelter tonight. There's a 50% chance of rain. Sunny tomorrow though. Take care.
